OR you can jump on that new new, Shurikin Batteries . They have one that is comparabl e to the size of he Odyssey P680 and is about half the price. A tech here at work has one in his Evo and hasnt had an issue with it in like 6 months. The downfall is the lower cranking amps but with a Civic you can start that shit on 2 AA batteries . His Evo starts without any hesitatio n. Shuriken also has bigger and more badass batteries in size and amperage from there.

Oh, and Forged Performan ce can get them for ya ;)

The Shuriken and the Odyssey are basically the same size (approxima tely 7x6.25x3) so any bracket you can get for the Odyssey will work on it too. (and honestly all we would do for the bracket is order it from Summit and resell it to you). We get the batteries from a distribut or so we can get you a good price.

Ok makes sense on the holder then.

I've got to buy a battery for the hf so I might go this route.

you guys are using good little Batts, i bought a optima yellow top, thing is heavy as a sin. but ive never been in a situation where i cant start my car. even when i left the lights on for 7 hours (at work) walked outside, and she started right up.

the only spot i have to hide it tho, is next to my subs, and there is no real tie down right there :/

id hate to let go of my optima, but at the same time, its such a pain to try and hide in a car that small.

Sounds like you need my handy dandy write up for your headlight issues.

Yeah those small batteries I've seen also mounted down on the inside of the frame rail as well.

anyone on here ever messed with kinetic? I know there pretty hot in the minitruck in game for audio. and a bunch of people run them on trucks for audio or compresso rs and lighting. I would like to throw that out there and maybe get a good/bad review on them.

I like the right front fender area like cbeeng did his.

I have mine in the right rear of the hatch and there are a few caveats to this; such as more weight because of extra cable length, possible battery breaking loose in an accident, less trunk space, and you have to have a sealed box + emergency cutoff switch if you want to pass tech at the drag strip.
