thanks (Caged91zc) that really helped just one last question
since it looks like you have a track time.
what spring rate would you recomened for a nice stiff ride?

depends on how stiff u want the ride to be. i believe the baseline GC's come wit a 350lb front & 350lb rear, which is stiff but still offers a nice ride. it all really depends on wat ur using the car for, if its going to be a daily but u hit the auto-x events every so often then just stick with the baseline spring rates. if its going to be a full bolwn track car then u will want to look into the setup i have or better. i build my cars to handle, fuck the ride, fuck if my girl thinks its too stiff, fuck all that.... its about pulling away from bikes in the mountains for me. ;D

I got GC's (500/600) with koni yellows and GC top hats on mine. I daily drive mine, lots of highway, lowered a decent bit.

I love the feel of it. It's really not THAT stiff, seems perfect for daily driving, and also felt really good when i had the car out @ little Tally.

The GC's have custom spring rates (700lbs Frnt & 800lbs Rear), koni yellow shocks been shorten for less shock shock travel and have been race valaved to handle the higher spring rates. blox rear camber kit (-3.0), neuspeed front strut tower bar, neuspeed front sway bar, custom made rear strut tower bar, plus the rollcage helps stiffen up the chasis aswell...

at the moment the Koni's & GC's arent on the car i have my old setup still on. which is skunk2 springs with KYB GR2's, the car still handles great even with the current setup.
