Dropped off the rods and stock pistons about a week and a half ago.

Pops picked the rods up with the new pistons pressed on today from the machine shop. I'll be home in about 2.5 weeks, and then i'm going to hone the cylinders and assemble the block.

Yeah... definatel y wont make a mountain run... CRX will not get new tires, or at least decent ones  :'( . The E30 is getting the entire rear end ripped out and redone, and all the suspensio n redone, i'm sick of riding low as hell on 20 year old bushings, my camber wear is absurd, set of tires gone in 8 months.

We should maybe all get together anyway, just to hang one night... I dunno.

And Alan, the only B series parts I got is the GSR longblock, which i'm getting rid of, along with some other crap... Time to clean out the basement.
I don't care

Being that my dad has an extensive history in engine building, a lot of things in the building process is done at home in our garage.

That being said, last night I honed the block and now I am sizing/gapping the piston rings.

Once this is done I can clean the bear block and begin reassembl ing the block.
