pretty cheap for a skyline is the bottom of higher tax bracket then i'm in...lol. ....but as long as were talking about skylines i'd have to say the r33 in the newer model but if there's was only one ...it'd be a late 70s model

imo r32 means i want a cool skyline i just cant afford one dont get me wrong ive seen some nice ones but they just look like 240's to me when i was saving up for the ef9 i thought about just buying a skyline since it was only about 5k more than what i paid when it was all said and done but im just not ready life wise and pocket wise to own that car just yet but i will own it mark my words

r33's are around 10k on the low end for a gts-t usually found in florida or north carolina

lmao forget about that brewer now a r32 gtr is the only cool r32 to own they are just sick awd with the rb26 just a perfect combo but dont expect to get it cheap trust me ive been doing serious research on these cars for about 5 years r32 is the easiest to own without major issues but if you get caught or in a accident forget about it lol

put it this way if you can drop 15k in cash to a guy for a car and you dont have to struggle to get the 15k then you are ready to own this car if you have to save and not have fun while you save then you arent ready. hanging with jason at the shop i saw what it takes to own a car at this level and do bolt ons and im jsut not ready pocket wise i can drop 400 on my hatch and not think about it.

skyline guys drop 1k just for coilovers yeah im not in that league just yet and i doubt you are brewsky

Yeah my friends supra, he though he was in the big leagues.

He is pushing 550 hp.  He would always tell me oh it is only 5-6k for the fuel system upgrade.

Well he no longer paints cars.  The car is sitting on axle stands cause he cant afford to put a clutch in it.

Takes money to play.  I figure I'll buy one when the house is paid off.

I prefer the r34, but ya the r32 is the cheap skyline.  Oxymoron I know.

And $1k is the low end of most coilovers, even the cheap brands.

I'm looking for some coilovers for my 240, and honestly it's about $1200 for a koni / ground control setup.

r34 is nice but to me its just screams pull me over rear wing or not that car is like a owning a lambo everyone will know what it is when you drive by and you better have the best security system money can buy. i would be afraid to buy it.

although on my trip to canada(easiest place to buy one) i saw a few r34's for around 10k hell one for 8k just a gt-t tho to me just not worth the trouble.

ken you are very right for the coilovers your kinda in that leauge with your swapped 240 so you know what im talking about. it cost big money to play on that level

LOL, I see this everyday. Even when I was at the Mercedes Dealer. If you have a C class, 4 out of 5 times that person can barely afford the car. If you have an S class, 4 out of 5 probably have it paid off already.

Live within your means and you are fine. Dont try to drive an R35 on a 240 budget, it wont last long.

I'm guessing that is why we are all driving EF's.

They are in our budget.

I guess that is why my SVO keeps getting put on the back burner.

1 of 9000 for a car made for 3 years just screams ouch on parts.

My nose cone they don't make anymore.

I got told years ago, if you own on find a replaceme nt one as well to pull parts off.
