on a serious note:

Got home today and there was a huge box on my front door step.

About 24" wide 36" long and about 12" high.

I was like what the hell did the wife order now.

Oops my bad.

The box was light as a feather.

It had my intake manifold gasket and my injector orings.

Glad I paid for shipping. Oh wait got that for free.

Cant wait to see the box size for the throttle body gasket.

Got me the last package tonight.

So tomorrow is P90x Yoga.  I don't seem to be able to bend my mind around the full 1.5hrs so I'll probably be in the garage tomorrow.

Well since it was pissing down rain here.

I decided to re-gasket the engine and build it.

Front of motor with EF mount:

Clutch and pressure plate installed:

My Y8 intake:

Found the old ZC header in the garage.

I found a header cover for it as well sorting around in the parts.

So pretty much Iím at motor and gaskets $170.

I have to get a new valve cover gasket due to the one I ordered was wrong.

Iíll pick that up today probably if we go out.

Well My birthday present to me was to do anything I wanted to do today.

So we went to church, came home changed clothes and decided to drop the motor in.

I thank my wife everyday for being a car chic.  She helped me get the motor attached to the tranny.

My son was on the jack handle to the transmiss ion raising so we could engage it correctly .

Now just waiting for the next nice day so I can put the intake back on and also the exhaust.

Then waiting on custom wiring harness.

painted the wagon side moulding and rear bumper.

I'll paint the front one once I have the bumper off.

Also straighen ed out a new fender.  Had a little crease in the top.  Hammer and a wooden block solved that issue.
