First, you need to purchase the rest of the parts needed for the swap. You need to pick up a cable b-series transmiss ion (GSR YS1 are considere d to be one of the better transmiss ion), a PR4 ECU, a 90-91 Integra distribut or, and 90-93 Integra Axles (w/ a 5spd halfshaft). Depending on what model civic you have, you may need to swap out your knuckles to accept the Integra Axles. You will need new radiator hoses also, You can get them from a 92-93 GSR Integra. Also, don't forget stuff like like your clutch, gaskets, fluid, ect.

Next you will need to convert your car to MPFI. If you're good with wiring, you can do it yourself (just do a quick search on here or google for a dpfi to mpfi how-to). If not, you can purchase a new harness from Rywire, Chasebays, or ebay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/88-91-HONDA-CIVIC-CRX-DPFI-MPFI-HARNESS-CONVERSION-/200657218984?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2eb81a2da8). Those harness will make your swap plug and play. There's people on here that can even convert the harness for you if you ask around.

Once you got everythin g, just remove the old motor/tranny and replace it with the new stuff. Top off your fluids and you should be good to go.

yeah that harness that bigdare put is well worth the money because its plug and play and you dont have to wire anything up it will be good if you dont like wiring

also depending on if you still want heat as well.

Gsr hoses work for that as well.

My 89 I had a b16 in it with old school hasports.

I even went to the extreme of having ac as well.
