OBD-0 to OBD-1 Dizzy Jumper

Anyone know how to wire a OBD-0 to OBD-1 Dizzy jumper harness?

Info on the build if neccesary
DPFI car
OBD-0 engine harness
D16Z6 engine
P28 ECU
i have all the plugs neccesary to do the swap but the OBD-1 dizzy plug has 11 wires versus the OBD-0 plug which only has 7 (bcause of DPFI)

Straight from Boomslang s website

OBD0 and OBD1 distribut or plugs have the same pin size for
many of the wires.  For the cleanest installat ion, you can depin the wires from the OBD0 distribut or connector and re-pin
them into the OBD1 distribut or connector .  The IGN output
(black/yellow) wire and tach (blue) wire will not re-pin..
DPFI vehicles ONLY: Splice the blue/green wire and
blue/yellow wire coming from the 4-position connector on the
supplied sub-harness to the blue/green and blue/yellow wires
on the distribut or plug (engine side).
