By the way that is a ZC Carb cam not just a zc cam.

He told me on Saturday morning he was selling it to you while he was at the house.

I'm loving it so far. Only thing i'm gonna have to get right on is the Radio/dash lights not working and the squeeky-nees of the suspensio n. other than that i've already put 300ish miles on it and its been great.

Going to pull a part today to pick up a cluster with a tach, rear mudflaps, e-brake cables, and hopefully some other random goodies.

I was hanging out with some car buddies yesterday and one gave me an intake and filter, and another told me he has a D-series header just siting in his garage I could have. Score.

And its getting it quickly. Having money from selling the Integra is making this a lot easier. Its amazing what you can get for $100 on ebay lol.

Went to pull a part and got some goodies.

Rear shock tower carpets:

Gauge cluster with a tach:

Decided to clean up the rear end of the car. The trunk emblem fell off somewhere and the "civic" decal was cracking and wouldnt look right on a Rolls anyway.

Picked up a header from a friend of mine. It was all rusty and lame so I hit it with a wire brush and some header paint.

A shot with the new intake:

Got the radio to work. There was no fuse at all in the radio slot, and the power chord for the amp had come loose from the eyelet on the battery. hooked it all up and it sounds amazing. Whatever Doug did with the audio was on point.

Pretty sure a wire tuck and white bay paint is gonna go on the list. its just so easy in these cars, and makes a world of differenc e.

Corvettes are calling me. Going to use the left over money to flip some cars and get that cash. I really just wanted to be like this Ken fella and have 2 of the same car.

Oh your having Penis problems then?

Having to buy a corvette seems to help from what I've heard.

If I have that problem I'll take the magic blue pill.

You could be like me and have one of every EF body style :)

yeah yeah, I've heard it all. I could have 4 slow cars, or I could have 2 a fast cars  ;D

my requireme nts for my next nice car:
1. RWD
2. 300+ HP
3. 25+ mpg
4. AC
5. Reliable
6. Under $9000
7. Holds its value

Corvette and TT 300zx are the only cars that come to mind, and #5 is iff on the 300zx.

Once i get the b20v built for the dookie, its going to make me laugh if its faster than the corvette.

with all those requireme nts I'd pick the car I saw last year for sale.

1970 datsun 510.

built for the guy that owned harry's farmers market.

Had a twin turbo 300zx motor in it with ac.

Thing was stupid fast.

Last time I saw it up for sale was for just under 9k.

C5 or c6?
C4, MAYBE C5 if I can save enough money. I dont do payments so getting up $8-9 G's is going to be a feat in itself. 11-14 for a C5 is going to be near impossibl e for me this year.

Picked up a Y8 manifold and a 60mm TB for a set of center caps and a VSS I had.

Took the TB off and found that the manifold was already ported for the TB. less work for me :)

IACV was JB weld plugged so i had to clean that out.

knife edged the TB. Now it fits over the old one easy. lol

Goodies came in today:

Header gasket meant I could finally put my header on.

And Just in case any of you are wondering, a header makes these cars A LOT better. I remember when I put one on the Dookie and was impressed, but it is absolutel y worth every bit of the $55 they cost new. Cant wait to get the intake manifold on. I want to smash out the cat but i'm a little worried it will make it louder than I want. We'll see though.

please throw those UCA in the scrap metal pile i had mine on for 3 days and the balljoins where trashed. or get skunk2/blox replaceme nts, my car would slide upon entering corners and skid around broad ones at about 60 :/ needless to say my factory UCA are 100% better.
