This is the previousl y mentioned secret, asthetic yet functiona l part we developed for release at the Rimz and Ribz Event.
It is a reproduct ion of a Factory HONDA Master Cylinder Drip Tray found on various older Hondas. It's function is to catch and divert any fluid that might spill/drip back away from the alternato r. Another First, only here.

I'd take a sunroof plug also - if it replaced the entire assembly and simply covered the hole keeping water out.

Also, how about some wide fenders or bolt-on flares?

Well, seeing as we have yet to ever make one, let alone recieve paments or agree to begin developme nt....
I'd say it is still in raw fabric form. :D ;)
Also, is the glass actually true and flat? ..I have not yet put a straight edge on mine to check.
Otherwise a mold is required.
I will say we have had alot of interest expressed for the sunroof plug as well as the CRX roofcap.

Title: Re: Custom Prototyping Services
Post by: Black R on March 11, 2012, 08:31:18 am
Idk if you can do bigger pieces, but a couple of things that I know a lot of people want are quality cf rear hatch and siR style hood.

I mean closer to dry carbon weight and quality.

As you know, vis makes some parts like this, but they're not very light bc of the rediculou s amount of resin they use...

Another thing might be something along the lines of a wing delete panel / low wing made out of cf.

When you remove the stock wing, it leaves a weird void, and I wouldn't mind having something to cover the area that looks good and is very light.

I hope you do make a nice lightweig ht sunroof plug!

Perfectly flat is fine for me.

I can just trim and rivet it on.

I'm shooting for first place this year in the ARSCCA SMF class and could use a couple more sponsors!  ;)

We're developin g a new part for TallKyle's CRX trackcar.
It will be a full panel molded from the oem console.

Still some surface prep work yet, but soon we'll be ready to build a productio n level mold from this plug.
We are now offering an additiona l 5 units at the introduct ory price of
$150/shipped+insured
More to come..... ...

The Mold and 5 additiona l parts are to be finished in about 2 months.

Pics of the 'mold-plug' progress. ....

That certainly would be a large and involved project.  We can discuss that prospect, email us.
Thank You.
