Finally put in a couple hours under the car. A friend of mine gave me a brand new 22mm ST Rear Sway Bar, only problem was the way my exhaust was routed. I has a small crack starting to form in one spot making an annoying rattle, so I decided to just chop it off and go ahead with the sway bar install.

The back section I cut off.

Left it turned to the side so it wasnt blowing hot exhaust straight on the gas tank, I will eventuall y rerun the exhaust to the back or just leave it and put a slight turn down on it.. :D

Video from this past weekends auto-x at the Gainesvil le Road Course. Placed 4th in class out of 8 cars, all Hondas on street tires. My fastest run would have been good for 2nd place, but I hit a cone..doh!

Are they measuring DB at the events.

I know Black R got busted by breaking DB levels for his exhaust.

Not at this facility, and probably not at local events. If I went to a regional or national event, I would get hit with it though. I plan to fix the exhaust back up, just didnt have time and now Im going to wait until I get the ASR setup installed so I know where the exhaust will need to go.

Havent really touched the EF since the last auto-x. I have been working on cleaning up the daily a bit though. Started with the engine bay, it needed a lot of work.

Sprayed the VC with black wrinkle coat and sanded off the letters for a little extra pop.

After.

and a quick buff on the headlight s, Im still going to sand them.

Video from an auto-x I ran yesterday with the Florida Corvette Club. My best run of the day, I managed to pull off a 43.5 and took top spot out of the Hondas. There were 8 or 9 Honda/ Acuras out there with various setups. All B series though! Not sure where I stand overall with the Corvettes, but should be somewhere close to the top as well.

After 1 auto-x and a week of daily driver duties, it was time for an extensive wheel cleaning!

I went wheels off for this one so I could clean the barrels as well as the face.

I can breathe now, wheels are clean inside and out. Hmm..migh t be a good time for some painted letters.

Gavin Gardener and KillaCam through this video together using the footage from all of our GoPros. It turned out even better than I expected consideri ng most of the footage was at night. I had a great time hanging with these guys even though our autox event was rained out.
