best way to get spray paint off tires?

got some Rota Grids (volk te-37 knockoffs) in a trade , but there is mad overspray on the tires , what have you guys found best to remove it?

I'm kind of scared to say paint stripper due to what it would do to the tires.

Could try on some scrap tires.

Have you tried goo be gone.

I had to use it on my interior this weekend. 

Em thought it would be cool to write her name on the door panel with an ink pen.

I used it then used some interior cleaner/ condition er.

i did try those , it worked a lil bit , ended up using brake fluid and a toothbrus h , worked great and didnt seem to affect the tires
