you might end up doing the following at a machine shop.

drill bigger hole
machine plug
put plug in hole
weld plug
drill and tap plug

A good machine/ fab shop could fix it but I would go lht first to see if they can fix it.

I need someplace to archive this informati on.

Most recently I had to pull the blower for the 3rd or 4th time.

The LHT air to water cores were leaking into the port for cylinder #1 on the dyno.

Once pulled, I found that the manifold is cracked around two of the mounting points for the blower:

I have maybe 200 miles on this manifold since it was modded, but it's been a while since LHT did the work - so I've contacted them to see if they can help me out.

Update:

Yesterday my clutch pedal made a loud POP noise and dropped to the floor while I was driving and shifted into third gear...

I limped into a nearby neighborh ood to check / inspect on the side of the road.

Yup, broken clutch pedal assembly again!

This time, the shaft on the clutch pedal broke!

Well the repaired / braced assembly lasted me exactly two years...

A tow home, and several hours later; I have now installed a 90-91 pedal assembly.

(90-91 seems more sturdy fwiw, as the pedals in the car are oem 1988.

Hi guys,

I'm sorry but I found out about this yesterday .

I don't know this EF owner directly, but my heart goes out to him:

http://6abc.com/boy-8-killed-in-car-crash-in-feltonville-/2804241/

I have a daughter myself and I drive her around in my EF a few times a week.

The thought of this happening is just too much...

I wanted to help donate some $ to the family, but there wasn't anything set up and people kept asking for the gofundme link.

I decided that I'd make a gofundme page, even though I've never done it before.

I know it looks like crap, but here it is:

https://www.gofundme.com/boy-8-crash-feltonville-pa

I believe the dad and owners name is Coco, facebook.com/coco.plustax

and his brother is Ivan Rodriguez .

I hope it's ok to post something like this here, and I hope you will all share and donate.

Best price I could find online was from sfxperfor mance.com

P/n: GT0715C - for clear
P/n: GT0715S - for smoked

I currently have the smoked set above, so I ordered a clear set to try out as well.

I like these, because they make the headlight s and corner lamps look like one single integrate d unit.
