AWD Wagovan Or Si hatch
« on: November 12, 2012, 07:21:42 pm »
Well I've been gone for a min,Sold my hatch few months ago.Start ed a new job so im never home.Figu red it would be best for it instead of rusting in my yard. Now I was going to buy a Rsx or a G35 but once again just doesnt get my rocks off like a ef.Yes its newer and blah blah blah. But once again won't be home to drive everyday so not a biggy.I miss the EF scene and now i'm on a venture to get back at it!!! I am stuck in between a rock and a hard place.Guy has a awd wagovan and another guy has a Si hatch.Bot h in pretty good condition both are 88s.My plans either way is to build a lsv on spray or if I get wagovan just boost it and keep it low and spooln.Ne eded some help and figured who else would be good to ask then my EF enthusias tic brothers.

Build for wagovan
Stock dohc zc with boost on it!Wheels, suspension and so on.

Build for Hatch
Lsv (Gsr head),eagle rods,13.1 wisecos, fully balanced and blueprint ed.Kinda tired more to it but I've been on the move for 11hrs today and kinda bummed but you get the direction im going I hope.Oh BTW the baby will be on the bottle.Ha d motor machined and everythin g but did it light. And used Ctr pistons,I know people know me but they were cut so doom wasnt crazy and didnt cause turb. Help me out here guys.BTW

Whats up DARE! seen new DD,my cousin got a s2k for a Daily also ap1 though but he hates it.Compar ed to my brothers 335i just having your mind set on something and settling nothing wrong with it.Gave me the car for a day when I was in town and I told him sell it to me lol.But I still need back seats

I didn't think they made 88 si's.

Maybe it's an 89?

If so, check to see if it's Japan built.

That would help sway my opinion.

Details on the wagovan?

Was it originall y ff and converted to awd?

Or is it really rt4wd?

I vote the Wagon. I think they are the worst body style EF, but the DOHC ZC is my favorite d series, AWD kicks ass, and those things plus turbo you cant go wrong.
Busted up Running Randomly Dead :( Now with 35% mo power! Damn oil pumps :( Veetak!! Under the knife. spinning in 2nd

What's up Corey? I vote CRX just cuz  8)

S2000s aren't fast cars and no where in the league of a 335 (most cars aren't lol). It's a fun car to cruise and that's about it. I kinda grew out of going fast.

I vote sedan since you have already had a hatch and it never moved.

Wagons are getting harder to find especiall y awd ones.

I vote wagon! Southside's is a good place to set a car where it won't rack up any miles.

:oSome body is speaking about something they don't know once again lol.SMH dude I had my hatch down for a while because I wasnt building the motor.A friend was,I got tired of it and got free time and put it together myself.Dr ove it for two years straight,Even went to Varsity few times.Whi le some fag was trying to snap pics I would take off....Do n't need nobody seeing my car on the web to try to steal my shit.Plus with the new job you are right.I don't even be in town enough to put miles on it.10mile s from work to home then im off to every other state but Georgia.S o thanks smart ass.

Yeah I mean don't get me wrong if you drive a honda you drive a slow car anyways.. ..Not like its a Porsche but yeah the bimmer is TT so not far match. But Yeah he got rid of his and got a G35 coupe now.He can't make up his mind,he wants a G37 now.

I found a Si hatch think imma go back to my hatch.I just can't see my self pushing the Van.I've tried picturing it but never turns out like the hatch.New pics and updates soon motor still at machine shop, never in town but for a day and im busy catching friends and stuff. So I'm going to try to get something s rolling by end of Feb.Shoul d be stripped and tucked by end of March.
