MADE IN THE U.S.A.

We only use High Grade Epoxy resins for a clearer, more durable, stronger , and longer lasting part as compared to the use of the cheaper, inferior  Polyester and vinyl ester resins.

Polyester and vinyl ester resins shrink up to 7% volumetri cally and because the resin continues to cure over long periods of time this effect may not be immediate ly obvious. This cure accounts for the 'print through effect' observed on a lot of older polyester products.
 -In compariso n,
Epoxy Resins shrink less than 2% and an epoxy laminate will be a lot more stable and have better cosmetics over a long period of time than a polyester product.

Some fitting may be required via a small file at the contact points.

We just made the investmen t to soon move from the basic wet-layup method, to the much superior vacuum bagging technolog y.  This produces the perfect resin/material ratio, and nearly blemish free parts.
stay tuned...

We just killed it last night on the final design and shaping of the plug for our Mid-Wing.  We extended the rear trailing edge and added a beveled edge and body line on the bottom that mimicks the same line on the JDM SiR upper wing.  It really looks great, and I couldn't be happier with exclusive unique design.  These will be the first new part we'll be using our new vacuum bagging equiptmen t on.  PICS COMMING SOON.
COMMING 2011, stay tuned...

Jamie the only issue I see with your workmansh ip is:

Chris did not install the screws flush on his speakers.

But all messing aside like stated the more you do this stuff the better looking it is getting.

OK...

Man have we been busy.  We're nearly done with our DelSol Project.  We picked up a job making 3 different parts for a WS6 Trans Am/Firebird.  We just contracte d with a Graphic Designer friend to re-do our website.
My Buisness partner, just sold his truck to purchase a 91 Si hatchback that we'll also be building.
We're going to soon be offering Do-It-Yourself Carbon Fiber Kits.
We'll have coffee table coasters available soon as well.

We posted pics of all the different Carbon Fabrics available to us on our facebook page.  (Tenbyten Customcar bon)
You can follow the progressi on of our projects there as well.

We ordered a ton of top of the line Vacuum Bagging materials, and a special tooling primer to finish our Mid-Wing plug and mold.

Lots of big things planned for this year.
Stay Tuned!!
