what kind of car is it coming out of? That going to determine if you can use the harness he's giving you.
assuming your car is dpfi -mpfi conversio n harness -obd0-obd1 jumper harness
Use your current tranny and sell his (if it's a hydro)

ima back j up and say everythin g will bolt in. if the car is already multipoin t your manifold and ecu and distribut or will work on the y7. you dont need to convert to obd1 to do this swap. because the pm6 will run a y7. you can use your clutch, flywheel and tranny also

Convertin g your harness isn't bad its not hard just time consuming and you got to focus on it don't over think it and you should be able to do it ... All your doing is Wire in 4 wire o2 sensor Distribut or plugs Adding 2 injectors Wire in vtec And lengthin everythin g so it reaches Possibly knock sensor idk uf it has one I think those started with obd2 in hondas idk
