Nah he could do what a lot of the product developme nt guys do; borrow a set from someone to make the molds.  Then give that person a set at cost or reduced price, or for free, etc.

No you said it was impossibl e to find someone. 

I saw a set of the Honda access one go for $60 recently.

I bet I could track the guy who bought them down and offer him that deal.

Or posting on a forum, lots of people would come forward.

There's a slim chance of getting a set of EF hb visors, but you can buy aftermark et CRXs on CRXcommun ity.com

Make them where they slip in the gooves versus tape and they will sell like hot cakes.

I've got 89 door and 90 doors if you need a test bed. :)

The same reason why you paid what you did for your gutted hb (not including shipping cost from coast to coast). It's call supply and demand. The demand for window visors were there, and there wasn't a supplier. Dude stepped in and supplied the demand. Hard to argue the price when you don't have another place to go for a slim profile visor. Honestly, I think those visors are cheap comparing to the original ones (these were made from Jfrolang's visors which where more than these). They aren't plastic like most are. They are made out of acrylic (shatter-resistant glass), so they should never break.
