Fuse #8 popping
« on: March 21, 2011, 11:01:42 am »
Like the title says, I've checked all the plugs bulbs and sockets for water. Grounds are good, replaced a couple bulbs. Still no luck. Immediate ly blows the 10a fuse. Maybe the panel is bad?

All the threads I could find didnt give me any help.

Help guys I need running lights!!

this happened to brewer a while back.

unplug your cluster from the harness and see if it still blows the fuse.

Well, this has been kind of an intermitt ent problem. I've popped the fuse once or twice in the past due to having a little water in the tail light. Since then I've drained and sealed the light, and replaced some cluster bulbs. So I guess I'll be pulling alot of shit apart in the next few days. Cause I need my car at night. Lol

Do the front running lights run on that same circuit?

Like always, the most simple thing it could have been. Lock 'er up.

I decided to replace every single bulb in the tail light assembly and that fixed the problem. The far right running light was the culprit..
