How to Build your own Fender Roller!
« on: August 22, 2011, 08:19:20 pm »
I found this looking around one day on some forums about fender rolling, and Wiggles was talking to me about rolling fenders, soo I thought I would share this info.  I mean it looks legit and looks like it would work just as good as an Eastwood fender roller and you wouldnt have more then $20 in it vs $100 for an eastwood and this seems more legit then a baseball bat/wood/phone book.

lol, I wish I had one of these, I just beat mine in with a hammer a few days ago lol. (I dont reccomend this method. its very effective at rolling the fender, and removing paint.)

I think I am going to roll the integra's fenders here soon. I wont be building a roller, but i'll probably try a few different methods and report back with what worked better.

Love it.

Did you use a heat gun also?

Nope, not heat (thus the reason the paint cracked)...just spent an afternoon with a 3 lb sledge beating on the fender from underneat h. Did the rear fenders too in order to fit 255/40-13's.

Here are some in process and final pics: They said the Pebble needs to go to rehab...
